Cookies are amazing! There are literally a hundred kinds of cookies and probably more! One of favourite kind is a carob chip cookie. Carob chips are made from the seeds of the carob tree, once the seeds have been collected  they are roasted and ground into a chalky powder than made into the carob chips or other things. Most carob chips are dairy and gluten free but they contain soy ( always read the labels!) This cookie recipe has been in my family for years and is a family favourite. Hope you enjoy:)
